Built by Seddon Construction Company, this modern home is located in Atherton, California.

One of its most visually striking features is the structure's overhanging eaves. We finished the eaves by first applying Sikkens Cetol 1, a translucent exterior wood finish that penetrates deep into the wood to help protect it from the elements by repelling water and allowing moisture to escape. This was followed by two coats of Sikkens Cetol 23, a translucent topcoat that provides protection from the harmful effects of ultraviolet light.
